My consulting practice is designed for men and women who are ready to lead. I work with those interested in understanding themselves, their multifaceted roles and the cultural and organizational systems that influence their effectiveness. The purpose of my work is to apply my skills, education and my business experience to support those in leadership roles.

I will listen carefully to your personal and organizational goals and help you address a broad and nuanced repertoire of emotional and interpersonal competencies critical to success. I will help you set the stage for an exploration of your approach to leadership within a safe yet challenging context and help you create a plan of action for your career and your life.
